What We Believe

We believe in an Almighty God, the creator of Heaven and earth. We believe He makes Himself known in three person, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God the Father made all things visible and invisible. Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Son of God, came to earth as a baby, was born of a virgin, suffered, died and resurrected on the third day. Jesus was fully man and fully God, God incarnate. It is through belief in Jesus as Lord and Savior that enables a person to receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life by faith. The Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Godhead. He is the comforter and helper Jesus referred to that would come after Jesus ascended back to His Father. All three were not created, were before time and are God.

At Jesus’ second coming, He will appear to all. He will judge the living and the dead. His kingdom will have no end. Until that time, Jesus established the Church. The Church is to abide until His return. It is to fulfill His purpose of telling all who live that Jesus is Lord and Savior. At His coming, those who have died will be resurrected. Those who believed in Jesus as Lord will be saved and spend eternity in Heaven. Those who rejected Jesus will be judged and sent to Hell for eternity. The goal of the Father in sending His Son is to reconcile man to Himself that all would be saved and join His family in eternity.
